We accept all forms of insurance except workers comp and no fault.
Makai Mobile Rehab services the island of Oahu from all of Honolulu to Central Oahu
(Waipahu, Pearl City/Aiea) and the Windward Side (Waimanalo to Kaneohe Town).

Jason Dacumos PT, MPT, OCS - Owner and Founder
After working seven years in busy clinical outpatient settings, Jason ventured out and worked part time for a small home health agency. It was during this time he witnessed the dire need for physical therapy services in the “home” setting. He felt a calling from God to serve in this area. Motivated by his passion to help people he started his practice and has been helping people accomplish their goals ever since.
When he is not working, Jason enjoys surfing, fishing and spending time with his three children and two golden retrievers.

Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) - California State University, Fresno 2005
Bachelor of Science (BS) Exercise Science - University of California, Davis 2002
Certifications:
Orthopedic Clinical Specialist 2008 (OCS) - American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties
Clinical Experience:
Licensed Physical Therapist since 2005 with experience in orthopedic, geriatric, sports and balance rehabilitation.
